Young Adult Applications – Head’s Up Conference

We know each survivor has something to share and the desire to give back. These regional HUC programs will give teens the chance to bond over their shared experiences, and young adults (19+) the opportunity to take on leadership positions based on their strengths and skills. CBTF staff will bring our program development and psychosocial brain tumor expertise. Together, we will create an unforgettable week and build lasting lifetime relationships. And, this is just the beginning! After this pilot program year, we hope to continue to grow and host sessions in more locations.
