Teen Survivor Applications – Head’s Up Conference

Teen survivors (13-19) will join us at each session. They will continue to make connections with their peers (some closer to where they live!) and build a community they can lean on and grow with, into young adulthood. One of the unique aspects of teen HUC has been the mentor program. Young adult survivor mentors attended each session providing group and individual support, which we found was critical to building a positive, community focused environment. The mentor program has been so successful that it is time to expand it.
