CBTF's Read to a Dog Program for Elementary and Middle school age survivors and siblings of all reading abilities. Your child will be paired with a therapy dog and its person and will spend time reading out loud to an attentive, non-judgmental dog. It's all about gaining confidence and having fun. Join AYA survivors for a monthly book club discussion! May's book will be The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas. Inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, this is a powerful and gripping YA novel about one girl's struggle for justice. All groups are led by survivors. Register Here
This is a class one of a two-part cooking class that includes budgeting class and overview on Monday, and cooking on Thursday. Participants will get a gift card towards groceries. Since space is limited, we ask registrants to commit to both classes. Register Here
