Sondra Albert will be leading a Mindful movement class coordinating movement and breath to relax the body and reduce the mind’s constant chatter. This will be a series of gentle yoga poses with a focus on our breath as we move. Register here.
CBTF's Read to a Dog Program for Elementary and Middle school age survivors and siblings of all reading abilities. Your child will be paired with a therapy dog and its person and will spend time reading out loud to an attentive, non-judgmental dog. It's all about gaining confidence and having fun.
