CBTF and Next Step have joined together to offer monthly groups for AYA survivors in the New England area and beyond.  Our goal is to build friendships and provide meaningful tools and information for life during and after high school and beyond, including career advice, advocacy, support, all while having fun! CREATIVE MATTER ART WORKSHOP

MINDFULNESS AND LIGHT YOGA

Sondra Albert will be leading a Mindfulness and yoga class coordinating movement and breath to relax the body and reduce the mind’s constant chatter. This will be a series of gentle yoga poses with a focus on our breath as we move. Register here.
