Every year, a select team of dedicated runners from across the country race in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and the TCS New York City Marathon in support of the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation. These runners exemplify what it means to be a supporter, promoter and friend of the CBTF community by taking on the challenge of running a marathon and raising vital funds in support of our families and programs.

Thanks to our 2025 Endurance Team runners and supporters, we raised over $175,000 that will directly benefit CBTF’s family programming and fund research for a cure.

Since its founding in 2018, Team CBTF has grown from just five runners to a passionate community of more than 200 members, survivors, supporters, and advocates united by a common purpose: to bring hope to families facing the unimaginable.

When you run for CBTF, you’re not just crossing a finish line; you’re helping children and families navigate life after a brain tumor diagnosis. Every mile you run raises critical funds for support programs, scholarships, retreats, and resources that change lives.
