When a child is diagnosed with a brain tumor, it changes a family forever. Families often feel lost, alone, and don’t know where to turn. CBTF is here to help and wants families to know that we are with them every step of the way.
WHAT COMES IN A CBTF CARE KIT?
Newly diagnosed patients get age appropriate information and activities to help them cope and understand what they are going through.
Parents, siblings and survivors receive letters of support and encouragement from peers who understand.
All Care Kits come with CBTF’s comprehensive resource guide covering topics relating to diagnosis and treatment, family impact, returning to school, and more, all in a way that is easy to understand.
We send CBTF Care Kits so families know that they don’t have to face a brain tumor diagnosis alone. And when they are ready, CBTF is here to guide and support them throughout their journey.
